Good solid Maine traditional Italians run by a great family. We just moved to the area and our few interactions at George's have been great.

Excellent italian sandwichs. That's all they make so their the best at what they do. That's there specialty. Always fresh and never soggy likes some other sandwich shops. If your in the mood for a great italian sandwich at a fair price, George,s won't disappoint.

Staff were friendly. Price was right. Cash only!!! Extremely limited menu with just the basics, but I guess that's the point.

First off, their product is fresh. From the veggies to meat to the bread. It is so delicious. Their service is next to best. And prices are low because they are cash only. I keep coming back for more. Must visit.

This is probably my favorite sub shop I've ever eaten at. Staff is super friendly and service and is always quick. The sandwiches are all made from fresh bread and and the ingredients are just as fresh as well!! They have pretty low prices compared to most places, mostly because they only accept cash, but don't worry! There's an ATM literally right next to the counter. My only "complaint" is the parking situation, which in no way shape or form is George's fault, more so the town of Biddeford. Although the majority of the parking lot is pay to park, there is a small section that's free for those running into grab a sandwich real quick.

I have been going to George's since I've been a kid. My mom grew up in Saco and she has been going since she was young. The sandwiches haven't changed at all and I applaud George's for such a delicious product! I love that it is cash only, a very limited and simple menu, and very quick friendly staff. I drive from Cumberland just to get an Italian sandwich and then off to Reilly's bakery for desert. Thank God some things in life just don't change and I can't wait to start bringing my children to George's. If you want an excellent sandwich at a very reasonable price point then spend your hard earned money here!

March 22, 2020I've been in here many times, today will be the last.The sandwiches are consistently good. Today I met the owner and she was extremely rude.The staff is usually friendly and efficient. The owner is the weak link. To bad she has such a horrible attitude and demeanor.Plenty of places to get a sandwich...

Best subs on the planet!!

Quick stop for lunch and we were in and out on a few minutes. Fresh ingredients and friendly servers will have us coming back when we're in the area.

Inexpensive and deliciously fresh. The quintessential Maine Italian on soft white bread with choices of meat and vegetables. Staff are friendly and prompt and always a large selection of $2 chips.

The best sandwiches around, of you want a taste of historic Biddeford look no further. The bread is always soft, the veggies are always fresh, the pickles are the best around. All the staff is super friendly, and they remember their customers. Definitely feel like family when I go in here. I love to support small local business and they make you want to support them.

Very polite and friendly. I’ve been eating them for over 50 years now. I moved to East Wakefield NH and everytime i am in Biddeford i bring at least 5 to 6 back for family. Great service.

Been there in the past. Today's stop was at Doc's next door. Old time bar that is a friendly place to go for a beer. I'm not a townie but treated like one by the owner and patrons. Even will let you eat your George's food in the place.
